PhD Position at BFH and UZH on AI in agile Management (80-100%)
What you'll be doing here
- Working on a research project on the topic of AI in agile management together with the team
- Research at an international level in the areas of agile management, information systems, IT management and AI
- Publication and presentation of scientific results in journals and conferences
- Supervision and support at events with practice partners
- Support with courses and supervision of student work
What you'll bring with you
- M.Sc. in business administration, business informatics, psychology (or a comparable field)
- Internships or initial work experience in business informatics or project management are an advantage
- First experience with scientific work
- Motivation, reliability and communication skills
- Experience and joy in imparting knowledge
